All of our products are designed and made according to customer's demand. Hence, we have no standard lines available from stock.

Q3: What is your minimum order quantity?
Actually, we are mainly doing custom designs, so the MOQ is depends on the designs and crafts.

Q4: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price is confirmed, you can require samples to check the goods quality. Customer is responsible for the express freight. For sample making, it will charge sample fee and mold cost (if needed). Final price will be confirmed after the final sample confirmed by customer.

Q5: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1. The size of the product. (STP file will be awesome or picture with size.)
2. The material and surface handing.
3. Special requirement.
4. Order quantity.
5. If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q6: When can I get the quotation for my enquiry?
Usually the quotation will be sent to you within 48 hours upon all the details of products being clear.

Q7: How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production?
1. Generally 12 working days for sample making.
2. The delivery time of mass production will depend on quantity, production craft work, ect. Commonly it lasts 35-40 working days.

Yes, each of our products will be through over 5 times quality inspection processes.

Q9: How do you ship the finished production?
1. By DHL, FedEx, UPS and so on.
2. Freight forwarder designated by customer.
