Electroplating process of gold plated stainless steel ring

The first step: the stainless steel ring should be electrolyzed before electroplated, after 5% acid pickling (usually 5% sulfuric acid) after electrolysis, after three times of washing after pickling (to be washed with distilled water to prevent pollution of expensive gold plated)

Step 2: Prepare the work before electroplating, turn on the power supply, adjust the voltage to the specified voltage of the plated metal, connect the anode (positive electrode) of the power supply to the titanium mesh placed in the plating tank, and connect the cathode (negative electrode) of the power supply with the jewelry water line to be plated.

Step 3: Quickly put the water line connected with the jewelry on the cathode power line into the plating bath. The jewelry should be completely immersed in the plating solution, and the jewelry should be moved back and forth in the plating bath and set the plating time. .

Step 4: After the time is over, the waterline and jewelry will be removed from the plating solution. After taking out, it will be washed three to four times.

Step 5: Dry the cleaned jewelry with a jewelry heating oven, and the entire gold plated stainless steel ring plating process is completed smoothly.

Electroplating (Plating) process will make the original stainless steel ring more ideal in color and brightness.
